We are super excited to have such an amazing team, to care for your “Love Bugs.” Our Owner and Executive Director, Mrs. LaToya Roper holds a degree in Early Childhood Education. She is a Registered Behavior Technician and has over 25 years of Childcare Experience. Mrs. Roper is well-versed in all Special Education Programs, as she served 10 years, here in the Columbia County School District's Special Education Department. Currently studying Special Education and Dyslexia, Mrs. Roper combines her family's personal Special Needs journey, Professional experience, and Music & Arts background to provide a phenomenal experience for every child/young adult we serve. Our Team also consists of local BCBA Assistance, Certified Teachers, Retired Special Education Educators & Experts, High School Buddy Club Members with CNA Certification, Upper-Level College Students, Special Education Paraprofessionals, and assisting us periodically with special activities, Augusta University Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology Program Students. Trust me when I say, your “Love Bugs,” will be in great hands!!
